Red Hat® is one of the world's leading open source and Linux® providers. The full range of Dedicated Smart Servers and SmartCloud Virtual Data Centers are able to support Redhat server software products including Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
FreeBSD
FreeBSD is a UNIX-based operating system similar to Linux that is regarded as one of the most reliable and secure operating systems in the world. Smart Servers were the original developers of Virtual Cloud Servers based on FreeBSD in 1998.
Debian
Debian is a computer operating system composed of software packages released as free and open source software primarily under the GNU General Public License along with other free software licenses. The full range of Dedicated Smart Servers and SmartCloud Virtual Data Centers are able to support the Debian operating system.
CentOS
CentOS is a free operating system distribution based upon the Linux kernel and derived entirely from the Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) distribution. CentOS is available as the base operating system on all Dedicated Smart Servers and Virtual Machines hosted in the SmartCloud Virtual Data Center environment.
Ubuntu
Ubuntu is a free and open source computer operating system based on the Debian Linux distribution. Ubuntu is supported on all Dedicated Smart Servers and Virtual Machines hosted in the SmartCloud Virtual Data Centers.
Parallels
Parallels is a worldwide leader in virtualization and automation software. Parallels Plesk, one of the most complete web hosting control panels available, is optionally available for installation on all Smart Servers.
Cpanel
cPanel is a widely used hosting control panel trusted by America's leading hosting providers. The cPanel and WHM software package makes life easier for web hosting providers and their clients. cPanel/WHM is optionally on all Smart Servers.
